    I joined Elevate a couple years ago to get myself back in shape. I'm a recently retired professional ballet dancer, and was struggling with my body as I adapted to a lifestyle that didn't include full-time physical activity! John is an incredible trainer: he is knowledgeable, fun and keeps the workouts challenging. The gym atmosphere has always been intimidating to me but at Elevate, I feel welcomed, supported and safe. My mornings at Elevate are my favorite part of every week; I can't recommend it enough.
